Cybermen! The Master! Missy! The PodKast with a K Returns…

Cast your minds back to the heady days when Doctor Who was still on air. It wasn’t that long ago, but it feels like ages. Equally, it feels like forever until the still-unnamed Christmas 2017 special.
Still, at least we can while away the time by listening to the PodKast with a K, and in this edition, Christian Cawley and Brian Terranova get together (metaphorically, and in audio medium) to discuss World Enough and Time.
Now, this was before The Doctor Falls aired, so they had no idea what happened with John Simm’s Master, the First Doctor showing up looking a lot like that bloke from An Adventure in Space and Time (Bill Hartnell, was it?), and Bill Potts (Pearl Mackie), the occasional Cyberman. And all they knew about the Twelfth Doctor’s regeneration was him spluttering around in some snow and shouting, “No. No. Noooooo.”
So what did they make of Steven Moffat’s penultimate episode of Series 10? Was this really the genesis of the Cybermen? And how long did it take the pair to twig who Mr. Razor was? Sit back for an hour and find out…

It’s fair to say that the two-parter was met with praise from most sections of fandom, so what will they make of the concluding Doctor Falls? We shall find out soon…
