New Action Figure Sets to Include Big Finish-Inspired Doctors and Daleks

The UK retailer, B&M Stores has made quite a name for itself by stocking exclusive Character Options action figure sets – and the upcoming batch is especially exciting, as it includes new TARDIS packs and toys based on Big Finish adventures!

Three unique Doctor and Dalek Twin Packs are inspired by the audio series from Big Finish, including “a brand new take on the Eighth Doctor”, which we presume is his Dark Eyes look, plus the Dalek Interrogator Prime from In the Garden of Death. This was a tale by Guy Adams which formed part of The Eighth Doctor: The Time War – Volume Two, released in 2018.

The two additional Doctor and Daleks sets in this range will feature the Seventh and War Doctors respectively.

There will also be two new TARDIS and Doctor sets released, inspired by adventures spanning the 1970s and 1980s. Three new collector sets (each with three figures in) are to be released in the summer, inspired by the Classic adventures of the Second, Fourth, Sixth, and Seventh Doctors.

Fans of the sonic screwdriver will be able to buy a heritage set of three popular incarnations. The new blister-pack series includes electronic versions inspired by The Day of the Doctor, of the Tenth’s, Eleventh’s, and War Doctor’s sonics.

Al Dewar, Creative Director at Character Options, says:

“We are delighted to announce this first taster of what’s to come from our B&M stores Doctor Who toy range.  To reveal the visuals of these brand new products, we plan to do a full unveiling live, which will take place ‘unboxing style’ on Character Options’ own Youtube channel in July; details of the time and date will be announced.”

We’ll keep you updated!
