Every Monday, a new story (or episode from a box set, as is the case this time) can be downloaded for free exclusively from Big Finish.
This week’s #lockdownload is The Archive by David Llewellyn, the opening part of The Worlds of Big Finish.
Originally released in May 2015, The Worlds of Big Finish brings together some of Big Finish’s best-loved characters in an adventure spanning thousands of years. In this first instalment of the six-part epic, Abby and Zara are on the hunt to find a prophecy about their fate, but when they arrive at the Archive they find the person they’re looking for is already dead – and has been for the last thousand years.
The Worlds of Big Finish celebrated 15 years of Big Finish by bringing together Sherlock Holmes (Nicholas Briggs), Dorian Gray (Alexander Vlahos), Iris Wildthyme (Katy Manning), the Graceless girls Abby (Ciara Janson) and Zara (Laura Doddington), Vienna (Chase Masterson) and the first lady of Big Finish, Bernice Summerfield (Lisa Bowerman).
