The time is nearly upon us: The Lost, the final episode of Class Series 1.
Written, just as the rest of the series has been, by Patrick Ness (More Than This), The Lost promises a showdown with the Shadow Kin – but the class has been shattered, painful truths revealed, and Miss Quill (Katherine Kelly) free to do as she pleases. Let’s not forget that April (Sophie Hopkins) is sharing a heart with Corakinus (Paul Marc Davis)… so how are they going to get out of this one?
To whet your appetite, the BBC has released a small batch of images, plus, of course, a synopsis:

Facing an impossible choice, our heroes must use all they’ve learnt to save Earth. But how far are they prepared to go? And will they have to pay a price?

Unable to recover from the truths they have faced, the gang has splintered. Liberated from enslavement, Quill prepares to take her revenge. But they must reunite when the Shadow Kin return, raging a ruthless, unrelenting war.

Resolute to claim April’s heart and Charlie’s weapon, Corakinus threatens to kill their families until he has what he desires – and the friends must fight to prevent him.

This time, not everyone will make it out alive.

Whose fictional life are you fearing for? They’d better not kill April or I will kick off. Like – Kick. Off.
The interesting thing about Class is that everyone seems to have a favourite character – it’s surely a sign of how well rounded they all are, and we’ve to credit Patrick Ness, Greg Austin, Vivian Oparah, Sophie Hopkins, Fady Elsayed, Katherine Kelly, and Jordan Renzo for that!
Check out these great photos, which are potentially a tad spoilerific to some, but more than likely, you’ll just class them as teasing.

Class: The Lost hits BBC Three today from 10am.
