BBC Studios has released a new trailer for the upcoming Doctor Who animation, Fury from the Deep, which pairs new graphics with the remastered soundtrack from the missing story.
Fury from the Deep is due for release on Monday 14th September 2020, after a considerable wait. But its release date is within touching distance, so it’s great to get another look at what we may expect.
The six-part story stars Patrick Troughton’s Second Doctor with Deborah Watling as Victoria Waterfield and Frazer Hines as Jamie McCrimmon. This release includes:

The Cruel Sea – Surviving Fury From The Deep sees original cast members Frazer Hines, June Murphy, and Brian Cullingford revisit filming locations with production assistant Michael Briant, assistant floor manager Margot Hayhoe, and helicopter pilot Mike Smith. There are also contributions from cast and crew who have passed away, including Watling and writer Victor Pemberton (who also wrote The Slide). It contains an archive audio interview with director Hugh David and visual effects designer Peter Day too.
