Originally released in June 2016 as part of The Companion Chronicles: The Second Doctor Volume 1, The Story of Extinction is written by Ian Atkins and directed by Lisa Bowerman. Starring Deborah Watling and Frazer Hines, this tale tells the story of a planet besieged, a Doctor in danger, and a piece of psychic paper with some unfinished business.
