The BBC has given us brief new glimpses at the adventures of the Fifteenth Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) and Ruby Sunday (Millie Gibson), with a trailer announcing the premiere date of Doctor Who Series 14.

So Series 14 will debut on 11th May 2024 for those in the UK, but due to its simultaneous broadcast, i.e. two episodes becoming available on BBC iPlayer at midnight, they’ll be available on Disney+ from 10th May for those in America and Canada.

And yep, that’s got people annoyed. Understandably so. Indeed, some people behind-the-scenes at Doctor Who seem unhappy about it too…

Either way though, it’s hard not to get excited when we see this new teaser trailer…

Yes, okay, so that’s just about 10 seconds of new footage. Not great, but better than nothing.

And look! The Doctor broke the fourth wall!

So there we have it: Doctor Who Series 14 will debut on 11th May 2024, unless you’ve got Disney+, in which case, it’ll be available to stream from 10th May 2024. Yeesh…
