Last Ever Sarah Jane Adventures Episode, Written by Russell T Davies, to be Released Tomorrow

A final special episode of The Sarah Jane Adventures will be released tomorrow (Sunday 19th April 2020) called Farewell, Sarah Jane, written by the series’ creator, Russell T Davies.

The short will be available just before the worldwide rewatch of The Stolen Earth/ Journey’s End (which features one of my favourite scenes from Doctor Who Series 4: Davros recognising Sarah from on Skaro, and the events of Genesis of the Daleks).

Davies says:

“The final Sarah Jane Adventure. Made with the blessing of Lis’s family; come and say goodbye. Available on Doctor Who YouTube, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, and both the global http://doctorwho.tv and BBC Doctor Who sites.”

Unbelievably, tomorrow will mark nine years since we lost Elisabeth Sladen. And we all still miss her so very much.

We don’t know who the special short will star, but let’s hope we catch up with some of her family and friends from the Doctor Who spin-off like Luke, Sky, Maria, Clyde, and Rani.

Farewell, Sarah Jane will be available to view on Sunday 19th April 2020 at 5pm. There will be tears as we bid another goodbye to our Sarah Jane Smith.
