You Could Own the Thirteenth Doctor’s Screen-Used TARDIS for Children in Need

The Thirteenth Doctor’s TARDIS exterior, as used in Eve of the Daleks, is going up for auction, raising money for the charity telethon, Children in Need.

The auction, via Propstore, starts on Friday 15th November, the night of Children in Need, at 5pm and runs until 5pm on Saturday 23rd November 2024, aka Doctor Who‘s 61st anniversary. The TARDIS is expected to reach between £10,000 and £20,000.

Jodie Whittaker, who played the Thirteenth Doctor from The Woman Who Fell to Earth to The Power of the Doctor, said:

“Doctor Who has always been about helping others and making the world a better place, so it’s wonderful that my TARDIS can go on to support BBC Children in Need and make a real difference in children’s lives.”

This TARDIS was seen on screen in Eve of the Daleks, which aired on New Year’s Day 2022.

And that’s not all! The BBC is also putting up Astrid Peth’s costume, as worn by Kylie Minogue, from Voyage of the Damned, an outfit that’s sure to set fans Spinning Around with excitement. Astrid’s costume has previously been displayed in exhibitions like the Doctor Who Experience.

The auction for that will last just seven hours, between 5pm and midnight on Friday 15th November 2024. As such, it’s expected to fetch a slightly more reasonable £3,000- £6,000.

Children in Need will also feature a “world exclusive preview” of the upcoming Doctor Who festive special, Joy to the World.
