As if the sudden appearance of Billie Piper, the departure of Russell T Davies, and Kate Stewart’s psychotic episode on a beach (you’d forgotten about that, hadn’t you?) weren’t enough of a sign that things are changing, this one will hit you hard.
The TARDIS interior first unveiled in 2023 has been dismantled. As spotted by CultBox, Bad Wolf honcho Jane Tranter (who in 2003 commissioned RTD’s Doctor Who revival) posted on Instagram that the set was taken down in July.

Tranter stated that the photo from July showed a:
“…final goodbye to the Tardis from some of the team who designed + built it, on the eve of having to take it down…”
The Cushing movie aside, we’ve seen 16 interiors of the Doctor’s TARDIS (which includes the TV Movie and the War Doctor’s weird hybrid). Which left me wondering…
